In this session, learn how to convert your remote stakeholders into active participants. Ideally, we would have an unlimited budget for travel and sticky notes. Without that, we need to be creative in how we keep our stakeholders interested when they also have day jobs.

Jennifer has worked in a global environment since 2011 and still loves it! Her main objective is to ensure that global teams have the skills and resources necessary to adopt new tools and processes.
Since entering the IT World in 1999, Jennifer has held roles as a Business Analysis, Quality Analyst, Scrum Leader, Change Manager and Solutions Manager. She started her career in the insurance industry and moved into IT after representing the business on a system upgrade project. Jennifer has worked with small, medium and large companies.
Almost every position today involves some type of virtual team so Jennifer has learned a few techniques to enhance communication across borders.
