Using the Ohio Valley Vineyards virtual stakeholder ecosystem, participants will observe and conduct live elicitation with AI stakeholder bots, then make sense of what they heard — turning the conversation into analysis. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to walk into a stakeholder conversation with a clearer sense of what you’re listening for — and what to do with what you hear.
What you’ll practice:
• Elicitation decisions, not data entry
• Stakeholder analysis across Tiers 1 through 3, with a preview of Tier 4
• Identify the stakeholder you need to engage next — and why

Along the way, you’ll have access to Digital Tom, an AI-based mentor and thought partner who can help you sharpen your elicitation approach and work through the synthesis as it unfolds.
Participants leave with the results of their analysis and will be provided with transcripts of the
elicitation conversations that led to it.
