Participant Code of Conduct

Our primary mission is to provide a positive, productive, and effective learning experience for all participants.

Questions, feedback, and differing viewpoints are welcome. Participants are expected to engage respectfully, share discussion time appropriately, follow facilitator guidance, and communicate suggestions and concerns in a constructive manner. When appropriate, feedback regarding chapter operations, policies, or program design should be shared directly with chapter leadership outside of instructional sessions.

The organization reserves the right to take corrective action when an individual's behavior materially interferes with the learning experience of others or the delivery of planned educational content. Examples include:

• Repeatedly interrupting instructors or participants
• Monopolizing discussions or facilitator time
• Preventing planned content from being delivered
• Repeatedly diverting discussions away from learning objectives
• Disregarding facilitator instructions
• Creating a disruptive, hostile, or unproductive environment

Corrective action may include coaching, warnings, temporary suspension of participation, or removal from programs or events.

By registering for or attending any of the Tampa Bay IIBA events, participants agree to comply with the Participant Code of Conduct.
