Thea Soehren - CBAP, CSPO, ICP-APO

At the forefront of Business Analysis at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, I serve as a Senior Business Analyst blending strategic thinking with technical expertise. My CSPO and ICP-APO certifications fuel my passion for delivering solutions that streamline processes, enhance system performance, and ultimately make people’s lives better.

As President of the IIBA Tampa Bay Chapter, together with my team, we have grown a vibrant community of professionals. We’ve hosted weekly training sessions and facilitated 400+ study groups, earning the IIBA Global Professional Development Award in 2025.

Beyond the chapter, I consult for businesses, teach and speak for organizations worldwide, sharing insights that elevate the practice of Business Analysis. Honored as IIBA 2025 Volunteer of the Year for the USA Southern Region, I advocate for excellence in Business Analysis and Project Management while mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Esther Folorunso - MBA, CBAP, CSPO

Esther Oluwabusayo Folorunso, MBA, CBAP, is an experienced and certified business analyst currently working as a Business Analyst in the US Higher Education Industry. She previously worked as a Semi Senior- business analyst in Andersen Nigeria serving clients in both the Public and Private Sectors with different growth levels (Start-ups, Growing, Maturing, and Declining) and in diverse industries (Financial Technology, Healthcare, Technology, Banking/Finance, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Retail, Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Advertising) 

She holds a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Business Management from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria, and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Fort Hays State University, Kansas, USA.  

She presently serves on the Board of the IIBA Tampa Bay Florida Chapter, is a speaker on everything business analysis and Change, and has authored articles published in BA Times, Business Day, ThisDay, The News Guru, Guardian Newspapers, The Nigerian Tribune, and the Punch Newspaper.

Simas Bandzevicius, CSPO, CSM 

Simas Bandzevičius, CSPO, CSM, is a Business Analyst and Product professional with nearly three years of experience, currently partnering with one of his company’s largest clients to drive projects alongside a dedicated developer. His work spans relationship management, backlog ownership, prioritization, product management, and full account oversight to ensure timely and successful delivery across all initiatives.

His passion for optimizing workflows led him to assist in implementing automated request forms, significantly reducing manual workloads and accelerating project submissions through improved requirement gathering. Simas is deeply involved in automation projects, frequently working with tools such as Make and Zapier. His enthusiasm for automation inspired him to create a LinkedIn group where professionals share insights on topics such as lead collection, data scraping, SEO keyword generation, and other efficiency‑driven strategies.

Beyond his BA and product responsibilities, Simas has cultivated a strong interest in e‑commerce, owning and operating several online stores. Through these ventures, he has strengthened his skills in operations, analytics, and digital marketing. His dedication to innovation and personal growth earned him a feature in Tampa Bay Voyage Magazine, where he shared his journey to inspire others pursuing similar paths.

Simas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida (2021) and maintains certifications in SQL for Data Science, Agile with Jira, and Make Advanced. He also holds industry‑recognized credentials as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). He values continuous learning, collaboration, and leveraging technology to create meaningful impact for businesses and their customers.

Sarita Duggal - CSPO

With over 15 years of experience delivering innovative digital solutions, Sarita Duggal is a seasoned business analysis professional with a strong foundation in technology, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution. She holds a Master’s in Computer Applications and holds certifications in Analysis for Business Systems and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).

Sarita’s career spans multiple industries including banking, insurance, IoT (Home Security Automation), healthcare, and e-commerce. Throughout her journey, she has consistently delivered business value by bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions. Her expertise includes agile methodologies, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration—skills that enable her to transform ideas into scalable, actionable outcomes.

Drawing from her diverse professional background, Sarita leverages her strengths in stakeholder management, product strategy, and team collaboration to foster organizational growth. She is passionate about cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams, enhancing communication between business and technology groups, and driving innovation through the business analysis discipline.

Cossi Agbemadon - ECBA, ACC-IIBA

Cossi Agbemadon is an experienced Business Analyst with over five years of experience translating business needs into user-centered solutions that improve processes, data quality, and overall user experience across complex organizational environments. He is specialized in requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and solution validation to ensure systems and workflows are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

Cossi is ECBA–IIBA & AAC–IIBA certified and also hold a Data Analytics Certificate, reinforcing his ability to connect insights with practical outcomes.

He serves as Vice President of Technology for the IIBA Tampa Bay Chapter, where he leads efforts to maintain, evaluate, and introduce technology solutions that enhance member engagement, knowledge sharing, and the overall community experience. Fluent in English and French, he is passionate about leveraging business analysis and technology to drive meaningful impact and continuous improvement

Bill Powers is a highly accomplished Certified IT Business Analyst (CBAP, AAC, CBDA, AINS) known for his boundless energy and unwavering passion for mastering, applying, and teaching business analysis and analytics techniques. An innovative and collaborative team player, he excels in process improvement and in translating complex technical concepts into clear business language—and vice versa.

With more than 25 years of success across Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Operations Management, Project Management, Relationship Building, and Process Improvement, Bill brings a deep well of experience and insight to every project he leads.

Robert P. Churchill (CBAP, PMP, CSPO, CSM, A-CSD, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) has combined mechanical and software engineering skills to build and use continuous and discrete-event computer simulation systems for over thirty years. He has served in a vendor or consultant role in every life-cycle phase in the fields of pulp and paper, nuclear power, document imaging, insurance, metals, HVAC, inspections, medical practices, security, evacuation, emergency response, logistics, and maintenance and reliability. He’s been a developer, architect, field engineer, data collector, IV&V agent, manager, and analyst on desktop, networked, and high-performance computing (HPC) platforms. He has built real-time, interactive, and fire-and-forget systems for analysis, design, process improvement, industrial control, operations research, and operator training.
