After progressing through project initiation, requirements and analysis, backlog refinement, solution design, testing, and UAT, participants will come together for the final meeting of the SDLC Simulation.
Meeting 6 is an opportunity for teams to showcase what they have built and demonstrate how the work developed throughout the simulation connects across the SDLC. Each team will present its completed solution, explaining the business problem, requirements, decisions, design, testing, and final outcome.
The session will also provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on the practical Business Analysis skills they developed throughout the simulation. Teams will receive feedback on their presentations and solutions while recognizing the collaboration, problem-solving, and contributions that supported the project.
The program will conclude with an Awards and Recognition Ceremony, celebrating participant achievements and acknowledging the mentors, facilitators, volunteers, and community partners who contributed to the success of the simulation.
