With the project vision, scope, and business objectives established in Meeting 1, the team now moves into understanding what the business actually needs from the solution.
Meeting 2 focuses on requirements and analysis, giving participants the opportunity to examine the current state and translate the identified business problem into clear, structured, and testable requirements. Working collaboratively with the Product Owner, participants will practice elicitation, analyze the information gathered, and turn business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
The session emphasizes the importance of understanding the current state before defining the future solution. Participants will explore how effective elicitation and analysis help uncover stakeholder needs, clarify expectations, and create requirements that can be understood and validated by the wider project team.
By the end of the meeting, the team will have a defined set of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that can be refined and prioritized during the next stage of the simulation.
