Join us on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time for an interactive BA Masterclass with Tom Tomasovic, CBAP, CBDA, AAC, CCA, CPOA, ECBA. What if AI could help you prepare for stakeholder interviews and then act as the stakeholder you're interviewing? In this hands-on session, Tom will demonstrate how Business Analysts can use AI-powered tools to practice elicitation skills in a realistic, low-risk environment. Participants will learn how AI can assist with planning interview questions, refining elicitation strategies, conducting simulated stakeholder interviews, and generating useful analysis outputs.

Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing how Business Analysts work, but one of its most practical applications may be helping analysts develop and refine their elicitation skills before engaging with real stakeholders. In this highly interactive session, Tom Tomasovic will demonstrate how AI tools can support both sides of the elicitation process. Participants will explore how AI can assist in creating interview plans, improving question quality, identifying information gaps, and even simulating realistic stakeholder conversations. Using a realistic business scenario, attendees will work collaboratively to build an elicitation strategy and then put that strategy into action through a live interview with a virtual AI stakeholder. The session will showcase how Business Analysts can use modern AI tools to safely practice critical communication, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills in ways that traditional classroom training often cannot provide. Rather than replacing Business Analysts, AI can serve as a powerful learning partner that helps practitioners gain confidence, improve questioning techniques, and strengthen analytical thinking before entering real-world situations. This session is designed to be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable for analysts at all experience levels.
