Reviews

“David was a phenomenal instructor! He was very knowledgeable, a great communicator, answered all of our questions patiently with clear experience of the field! He was able to break down complex subject matters in a very understandable way. He was also very approachable and personable as an instructor, maintaining a virtual "open door policy".” – LaMonique J (November 21, 2024)

“David was my instructor for the course 2379 - Foundations of Business Analysis, School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto. One of David's most important takeaways was - 'one does not have to be a Business Analyst to do the tasks of a Business Analyst'.

Initially, I was skeptical about taking up the course, but I took the chance to learn, and the course components sounded appealing to me. The tools and techniques I learned, helped me in putting together an approach to resolve business challenges, related to digital platforms. The course's learnings helped me clarify my approach to solving business problems and applying those learnings to real-world scenarios.

David's course was interactive and it helped me in getting clarity from him to get the real business problems resolved. I would highly recommend this course for professionals who want to be more effective in solving business problems.” – Shine Kapoor (April 3, 2021)

“I’ve taken a Leadership in Business Analysis course with David Vrbanek at the University of Toronto, and I can honestly say that he is one of the best professors I’ve ever had. He is positive, open, and genuinely cares about our success. David brings real world examples in his lessons, highlighting different scenarios that we may encounter and how to effectively handle them. Taking his course has given me the confidence to successfully pursue a new career path in Business Analysis. David is both the ideal leader and colleague that I would want to work with in a company.” – Ani Chiang (May 25, 2020)
