Join us on Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern for a thoughtful and real-world session with Pete Trujillo. Designing AI for everyday business is one thing. Designing AI for people facing illness, cognitive decline, and end-of-life care is another. In this session, you’ll explore how AI tools are built for high-stakes, human-centered situations, and what it takes to ensure they are safe, ethical, and truly supportive.

AI systems are increasingly being used in sensitive, high-stakes environments where decisions directly impact people’s well-being. Nowhere is this more critical than in caregiving scenarios involving serious illness, cognitive decline, and end-of-life support.

In this session, Pete Trujillo shares the real-world design and governance decisions behind a suite of AI tools created specifically for caregivers navigating these difficult moments. Developed in collaboration with clinical experts, these tools were built with a clear priority. Human needs come first.

Participants will gain insight into how responsible AI principles are applied in practice, not just as theory. The session explores how design choices such as human oversight, privacy-first architecture, and ethical constraints are embedded into the system from the start.

This session also highlights the role of Business Analysts and product professionals in shaping these outcomes. You will see how requirements, constraints, and user context influence system behavior, and why clarity in decision-making is essential when the stakes are high.

Through practical examples, attendees will learn how to evaluate AI solutions beyond functionality, focusing instead on trust, accountability, and real-world impact.
